This includes but is not limited to:

• 1:1 coaching and Reiki sessions (virtual or in-person)

• Digital products such as guided meditations, courses, and newsletters
   

Because my work is based on energetic support and immediate access to digital content, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise explicitly stated.

 

If your desire for a refund is due to a need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your request, provided I am notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
